We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate EYFS SEN Phonic Support Assistant to join our team at Remedy Education. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with pupils who require additional support and guidance to achieve their full potential.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing phonics, handwriting, reading, and writing sessions to EYFS pupils, while developing their social and classroom skills. You will also work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions and programmes tailored to the needs of children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, and Down Syndrome.

About the Role
  • Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with SEN and behavioral requirements
  • Use your creativity and compassion to engage and educate pupils
  • Work collaboratively with a strong inclusion team to support both pupils and staff

Job Description:

  • Teaching Assistant providing SEN and EYFS support both group and 1:1

  • £105 - £110 per day
  • Full-time, full academic year, term-time only
  • Based in Redbridge

Estimated Salary: £21,840 - £22,955 per annum pro rata (£4,167 - £4,332 per month)
