Special Education Needs Assistant

EdEx, a well-established Primary School in Hackney, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of EYFS Inclusive Learning Support. This opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse SEN needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SEN principles and be committed to providing high-quality support to students. A degree from a reputable University is required, and prior experience working with SEN students or a personal connection to the field is desirable.

This role involves:

  • Providing tailored support for students with various SEN needs
  • Collaborating with a range of professionals, including the SENCO
  • Participating in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students across the EYFS stage with SEN needs
  • Assisting in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Expected salary: £21,189 - £24,491 per annum (£105-£115 per day)
  • Location: Borough of Hackney
