We are seeking an EYFS Lead to join our vibrant school community, shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners and ensuring they develop a strong foundation in their academic and social growth.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the EYFS team, driving high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive EYFS curriculum, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners, promoting holistic development and a love for learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience within the EYFS phase.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving educational outcomes and improving student attainment.
  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and a commitment to continuous professional development.
