About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision Teaching. The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to support SEN pupils in an EYFS setting, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, observe and assess children's progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the classroom teacher to support SEN pupils' learning and development
  • Assist in designing and implementing tailored educational programs for SEN pupils
  • Monitor and evaluate children's progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience working within an EYFS classroom
  • Knowledge: Understanding of supporting SEN pupils
  • Desirable: Experience working with children in a school setting
