Director/Associate Director, Sales and Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director/Associate Director, Sales and Business Development to join our Commercial team at Selecture Global. This is a critical role that will drive sales and business development activities in the region, focusing on Risk, Strategy, and Research Solutions for leading Global Banks, Asset Management, and other financial services firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers at leading financial institutions.
  • Drive the sales cycle of assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution, working closely with Pre-Sales & Solutioning teams.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior management at leading global financial institutions, ensuring total client satisfaction throughout the relationship.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, presentations, negotiation, and deal signing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams and delivery teams to ensure proposed offerings and services meet customers' business needs.
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting, and sales management goals to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Global Sales Leadership.
  • Demonstrate exceptional personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Regulatory Trends, Risk, Data & Analytics, and Technology areas.
  • Proven leadership experience in selling risk/regulatory solutions within the financial services industry.
