Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director/Associate Director, Sales and Business Development to join our Commercial team at Selecture Global. This is a critical role that will drive sales and business development activities in the region, bringing in new clients and expanding business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution, working closely with Pre-Sales & Solutioning teams.
  • Develop long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at leading global financial institutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, presentations, negotiation, and deal signing.
  • Work in close collaboration with pre-sales teams and delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business needs.
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting, and other sales management goals designed to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Global Sales Leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Deep domain knowledge in some or more of the following: Capital Markets, Regulatory Trends, Risk, Data & Analytics, and Technology areas.
  • Proven leadership experience in selling risk/regulatory solutions within the financial services - IB/Capital market/Banking.
