Senior Theatre Practitioner

We are recruiting for a Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Appoint Healthcare in Chelmsford. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£44,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC registration, eligibility to live and work in the UK, and at least 3 years experience working in orthopaedic scrub in the UK. A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical outcomes, performing the scrub role in consultant-led surgeries, and working across a varied range of specialisms. You will also provide leadership support to the team and work well as part of a supportive team.
