We are seeking an experienced Social Work Practitioner to join our team as a Child Protection Senior Practitioner. This role is based in the borough, with a flexible working arrangement of 1-2 days per week.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of safeguarding thresholds, child development, and permanency needs of children of all ages.
This position offers a competitive salary, market leading timesheet system, and supportive management. The Loyalty Bonus and 6 month rolling contract provide additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and informed professional judgements on complex cases.
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices in social work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
