Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Work Practitioner to join our team as a Child Protection Senior Practitioner. This role is based in the borough, with a flexible working arrangement of 1-2 days per week.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of safeguarding thresholds, child development, and permanency needs of children of all ages.

This position offers a competitive salary, market leading timesheet system, and supportive management. The Loyalty Bonus and 6 month rolling contract provide additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and informed professional judgements on complex cases.
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices in social work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Benefits: Loyalty Bonus, Supportive Management, Market leading timesheet system, 6 month rolling contract.
