We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse Lead to join our team at Appoint Healthcare in Chelmsford. As a senior member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical outcomes and providing leadership support to the team.

The successful candidate will have a valid NMC registration, eligibility to live and work in the UK, and at least 3 years experience working in orthopaedic scrub in the UK. A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is highly desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding theatre team in Chelmsford. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £35,000-£44,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including on-going training and support, flexible shifts, private healthcare, and contributory pension scheme.
