BMS Performance is a world-leading manufacturer of orthopaedic implants and surgical equipment, renowned for its innovative approach to medical device development.

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team, working closely with customers, including orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams, to provide product support and education.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy & physiology, ideally with experience in theatre settings such as an ODP or scrub nurse. A background in physiotherapy, MSK, or sport science would also be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert product support and education to customers, including orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of human anatomy & physiology.
  • Ideal experience in theatre settings, such as an ODP or scrub nurse.
  • Background in physiotherapy, MSK, or sport science.
  • Genuine passion for orthopaedics.
  • Naturally inquisitive mindset and great work ethic.
  • Very detail focused.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £38,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: £10,000.
  • Car or car allowance of circa £630 per month.

Location: The Clinical Specialist covers the East Anglia region, including Peterborough, Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, and Colchester.
