About this Opportunity:
">MCG Healthcare is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team as a temporary/locum Locum Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse. The role will involve working within the Community Mental Health Teams to deliver high-quality care to adults and older adults with a range of mental health conditions.
The successful candidate will have experience working with adults and older adults with mental health disorders and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a temporary/locum member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments of adults and older adults in the community, considering medical, psychological, social, and environmental factors.
- Develop care plans that prioritize patient-centered care and recovery.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £45 per hour.
- Temporary/l locum opportunities available for 3+ months.
- Opportunities to work across different sites in Powys, mid-Wales.
