Exciting Opportunity for a Branch Manager in Sales

Our client, a renowned estate agency in Dorset, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Sales to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Bournemouth, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000, with opportunities for growth and development under a reputable brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities in estate agency and cross-sell across the business
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on valuation and sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Drive sales performance and achieve targets
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in estate agency, with a strong background in valuation and sales
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and efficient approach
  • Full driving licence essential
