Culinary Director for a Luxurious Hotel in Halifax

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team as a Culinary Director for a luxurious hotel in Halifax. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence, managing kitchen budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2 AA rosette kitchens, with experience working in banqueting environments. They must also have detailed knowledge of kitchen management, costings, and allergen requirements, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for their craft.

In this role, you will work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding results. With a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and great benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded chef to take on a new challenge.

The successful candidate will have experience working with quality food to volume, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing kitchen budgets.
