Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Compliance Specialist to join our Customer Experience & Lease Compliance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the EMEA region are compliant with data center leases. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including lease commencements, operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Assist the Senior Manager with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines
  • Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of lease-related tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, controls/systems engineering, or customer project management
  • Excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to keep information strictly confidential and communicate sensitive information to customers
  • Required travel is up to 10% and may increase over time
