Job Summary

The Pension Customer Support Agent will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to our pension account holders. This will involve responding to day-to-day queries, resolving complex customer complaints, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the pensions industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
