Job Title: Digital Events Coordinator
Job Summary:
Brookfield Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Digital Events Coordinator to join our Events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing Brookfield's virtual events, including AGMs, Fund Launches, webinars/webcasts, and streaming components of hybrid events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute virtual events, including venue research, filming, virtual platform setup, live broadcasts, and replays.
- Manage virtual event platforms, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of virtual events, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless execution of live and on-demand content.
- Create and oversee investors' digital events user experience, including invitations, landing pages, registrations, confirmations, distribution, and follow-up using digital tools such as Cvent, virtual, and video event platforms.
- Utilize analytics and feedback to measure the success of digital events and identify areas for improvement, communicate, and report findings.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in virtual event management.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations in the execution of digital events.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years' professional experience
- Expert knowledge of Cvent and comparable Event platforms
- Expertise in virtual platforms (Webex, GlobalMeet, Zoom)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong passion for planning events
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, multi-task, and prioritize
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated individual
- Ability to keep calm and problem-solve quickly under high-pressure moments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
