The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Practitioner to join our team in Ardrossan. As a Support Practitioner, you will provide personalised, flexible support to individuals with complex support needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible and participate fully in their local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living tasks, including cooking, meal planning, household tasks, medication, finances, appointments, and personal care.
- Support individuals with their hobbies and interests, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Enable individuals to make informed decisions about their lives, promoting their autonomy and independence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
