Service Contract Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Contracts Manager to join SEE Services, a leading FM and Infrastructure Service Company operating across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and general building performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee refurbishment and minor works projects to maintain high-quality facilities.
- Lead the management of projects, supply chain, and working methodology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit weekly operations reports to clients and attend regular meetings as required.
- Ensure prompt reporting of any issues impacting building operations to SEE Services and Senior Management.
- Conduct regular reviews of operating procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Liaise with clients and SEE Services Area Manager to resolve contract-related issues and maintain open communication.
- Maintain high-quality facilities and ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Optimize staffing structures to balance cost reduction with service excellence.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to drive business development, effective team working, and support for colleagues.
- Ensure a customer-focused approach in all operational activities, maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Building Services industry, with a focus on building fabric works and small projects.
- Commercial and financial experience, including quoting new works and costing reactive works.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with health and safety issues.
