About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Contracts Manager to join our team at Construction Recruitment Services LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing facade and envelope cladding projects, primarily in the South Coast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management:
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts from tender to completion.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage contract variations, and handle claims and disputes effectively.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contracts are legally sound and mitigate any potential risks.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple facade and envelope cladding projects concurrently.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
    • Communicate project progress and any issues to senior management.
    • Ensure that all construction activities meet regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing or envelope cladding, with a strong understanding of facade systems.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale construction contracts.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, risk management, and industry regulations.
  • Financially astute with a solid understanding of project budgeting and cost control.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites across the South Coast as required.
