Job Title: Contract Manager

Searchlight Cyber Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and managing global contracts to ensure risks are mitigated and that policies and processes are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage contract risks and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place
  • Support the senior management team as needed
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
  • Conduct ESG reporting in line with best practice and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable commercial legal principles
  • Ability to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously from inception to completion
  • Experience negotiating a broad range of legal issues that arise in the context of commercial transactions
  • Experience creating and reviewing contracts and legal documents
  • Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of how contracts and purchasing tie into business processes and goals
