About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Wrexham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, taking direction from the person and their support plan.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication, as required.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional payment of £60 per session.
