Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live webchat
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with customer enquiries and complaints
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Work towards individual targets to achieve department goals
Requirements
  • Significant customer care experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate, positive, and confident in all aspects of the role
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of quality awareness
  • Reliable and conscientious team player
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
