Job Summary:

Randstad Delivery (GBS) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Field Representative to join our team. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in the field, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive to client locations, utilizing a company-provided vehicle, to conduct surveys and gather feedback.
  • Utilize a laptop and smartphone to receive, view, and input information, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and self-motivation.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Owned Car
  • Willing to complete a DBS
  • Willing to obtain business car insurance

Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade reluctant respondents to participate in surveys.
  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in the use of laptop and smartphone to receive, view, and input information.
  • Ability to be organized with well-developed planning skills.
