Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in the field, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive to new areas and conduct customer-facing activities, such as surveys and interviews.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own vehicle and laptop to complete tasks.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license and owned vehicle.
  • Ability to complete a DBS check and obtain business car insurance.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade reluctant respondents to participate in surveys.
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated, with a high level of organization and planning skills.
  • Proficient in using laptops and smartphones to receive, view, and input information.
