Job Title: Programme Management Office Lead

Join JD Sports as a Programme Management Office Lead and contribute to the success of our Digital Re-platform programme. As a key member of our team, you will provide PMO services to support effective delivery of projects across the programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective PMO processes to drive increased maturity in PMO service delivery and project delivery process across the programme.
  • Work with the Programme Manager to identify and implement PMO value-add activities to enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • Lead the task management of PMO Analyst colleagues working on the programme.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and possess the ability to write and critically review documentation and perform detailed data analysis to drive improved quality standards across the programme.
  • Liaise with the Enterprise PMO team on governance processes required to ensure effective programme delivery.
What We're Looking For:
  • Assist the programme leadership team by delivering PMO Services of governance, assurance, and delivery support across the programme and component projects.
  • Lead on the delivery of PMO services at programme and project level working independently or with PMO Analysts as task manager.
  • Champion engagement across programmes and projects working to ensure that all active initiatives comply with the project delivery methodology and assurance processes.
  • Oversee the coordination, collection, and summary of programme and project reporting ensuring that all updates are received on time.
