We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our Enterprise PMO management team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Enterprise PMO Director and other EPMO leadership colleagues to implement the Enterprise PMO strategy, services, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the programme and project management frameworks and standards to deliver an effective PMO Service Catalogue.
  • Manage assurance processes to support effective change delivery across programmes and projects.
  • Work alongside delivery teams from Group Transformation and across the wider business to provide independent assurance on change activities highlighting areas of concern and intervention points.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure all risks and issues are managed effectively providing guidance as required to help mature practices, enabling risk themes to be captured across the portfolio.
Requirements
  • 3+ years PMO Management experience.
  • Experience in the ongoing development of governance and assurance processes across programmes and projects.
  • Experience in implementing project and change management methodologies and approaches in waterfall and agile environments.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing improvements in programme and project planning to drive critical path, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements and forecast.
  • Experience in supporting improvements in effective reporting framework to demonstrate assurance against delivery success.
