Key Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapy Assistant at Circle Health Group, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional support services to qualified physiotherapists, enabling them to maximise their clinical skills and expertise
  • Participating in pre-operative assessments as required
  • Participating in clinical treatments under the supervision of a Physiotherapist or Senior Physiotherapist
  • Managing patient databases accurately and efficiently
  • Booking outpatient physiotherapy appointments
  • Handling general telephone enquiries and referring clinical issues to the relevant Physiotherapist

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Previous experience within a Healthcare environment
  • Able to reassure patients in varying situations and encourage them to undertake their exercise programmes
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accurate recording of data
  • Able to assess patient's comfort, and adapt behaviour in line with this assessment

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
