About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Scoffs Group UK. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of learning initiatives and ensuring the success of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Record Management
    • Record, maintain, and update learning records for all employees.
    • Add new starters to the system and send joiner communications to Operations Teams.
    • Remove leavers from the system in a timely manner.
    • Make profile changes as necessary, such as updating roles or store locations.
    • Manage all enquiries related to the system, including password resets.
    • Collate and manage profiles for employees on maternity/parental leave, long-term sickness, or other absences.
  • Academy Management
    • Manage the internal booking calendar for all academy sites, including creating schedules and timetables.
    • Post and manage event bookings.
    • Collate and follow up on administration of attendees, including further bookings and completion of learning logs.
  • General Support
    • Distribute and track course evaluations and feedback from participants and external training providers.
    • Assist the Learning and Development Manager with newsletters and promotional materials to market available training programs and courses.
    • Be involved in broader HR initiatives, including recruitment and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, with the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems.
  • Understanding and use of MCL (My Costa Learning) is essential.
  • A team player with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be encouraged and supported to grow your knowledge and skills, contributing to Scoffs learning strategy and the delivery of learning initiatives.
