Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team as an Internal Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth within our branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on internal and external leads, and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Assist in the maintenance and expansion of sales to new and existing customers
- Enter sales orders efficiently using our SAP system
- Perform general sales office and administration duties as required
Requirements
- Experience in a sales environment, preferably in the heavy side construction materials sector
- Ability to prioritize workloads to achieve targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient IT skills, including SAP, Outlook, Word, and Excel
