Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team as an Internal Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing robust relationships with key accounts, and enhancing sales and profitability within our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the current sales team to help grow the business, assisting them by booking in appointments and sharing relevant market information with colleagues.
  • Make outgoing calls to follow up on internal and external leads, demonstrating excellent levels of customer service, and maintaining and building great relationships with our customers.
  • Pro-actively maintain and expand sales to new and existing customers, maintaining efficient sales order entry on all products using our existing SAP system.
  • Undertake general sales office and administration duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales environment, preferably in heavy side construction materials.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and experience (SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel).
