About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
  • IT literate, with experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software applications.
