About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing support and guidance on their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for customers during critical moments in their lives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
