Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Countrywide North Estate Agency is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their team in Airdrie. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality mortgage solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
