Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team at JobLookUp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving productivity, growth, and profit improvement within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both external and internal sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the consistent delivery of products to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability, including new business development and key account management.
- Manage teams, including recruitment, training, and development, as well as performance management and employee relations.
