We're seeking a visionary Learning & Development Manager to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our entire Learning & Development function across Europe from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive European L&D strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging induction and onboarding programs that make new hires feel welcome and valued.
  • Develop a robust performance management and development framework to help our employees reach their full potential.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent through targeted leadership programs.
  • Oversee the LMS, creating and curating high-quality learning content.
  • Provide engaging training experiences in various formats (classroom, online, blended).
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive L&D initiatives.
  • Analyse L&D metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Proven L&D experience with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering training programs for both IT and non-IT roles.
  • Experience in a multinational organisation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with LMS implementation and management.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
