Hospitality Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Assistant to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. In this role, you will work on a unique site in Leicester, providing exceptional customer service and preparing food and beverages to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to customers, adhering to brand standards and answering questions about products.
- Perform basic cold food preparation, including made-to-order services and hot deli offerings, in line with brand standards.
- Take payment and maintain financial records as required.
- Empty cash vending machines or cashless loaders, and restock goods to maintain displays.
- Clean back-of-house areas, crockery, and cutlery, using equipment as trained.
- Clean and tidy counters, light equipment, vending machines, and public areas.
- Report any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards to line managers.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
- Undertake relevant training as required.
- Assist with pot washing and prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in catering.
- Ability to work to agreed timescales and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety practices.
- Professional behavior, honesty, reliability, and hard work.
- Good communication skills and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Wearing of safety boots is required.
