About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Haematologist to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in Lymphoproliferative disorders and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of patients
  • Share responsibility for the day-to-day management of patients with colleagues
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences
  • Supervise and train junior medical staff
  • Contribute to undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education activity
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent
  • GMC Registration
  • Fully accredited for Higher Specialist Training or eligible for inclusion on the specialist register within 6 months
  • MRCP/MRCS or equivalent
  • Membership of relevant specialist societies or associations
