Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- NMC registration.
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
