Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner - Surgical Services to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in education and training programs.
Requirements:
- NMC registration.
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
