The role of Staff Nurse on our Ward team at Renacres Hospital involves delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a collaborative environment where you'll have 'more time to care'. As a Staff Nurse, you'll be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's success.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Providing nursing care to patients on the surgical ward
  • Working effectively in a team environment to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to improve clinical skills and knowledge

    Requirements

  • Current NMC registration
  • Previous experience working within a surgical ward
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
