We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Trainer to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs that empower healthcare professionals to excel in their roles.

About the Role:

This is a Band 6 role, offering an excellent development opportunity for a Band 5 professional looking to step up. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences. This will include face-to-face courses in Patient Moving and Handling and Basic Life Support (BLS), as well as virtual classroom sessions on a range of topics.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and learners.Develop and implement a blended learning approach using digital tools and virtual assessments.Tailor learning delivery to different environments and learning styles.Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.Review and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary modifications.Manage workload with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
