About This Role

Siemens Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our early career programs for graduates, interns, and apprentices. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for designing and managing apprenticeship programs, assessing talent pipelines, and driving learning and development initiatives that align with our COF UK People Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage apprenticeship programs, arranging assessment centers, overseeing onboarding and induction processes, and maintaining rotation plans.
  • Develop educational plans with local schools and colleges to ensure a strong talent pipeline and contribute to community social value.
  • Assist in facilitating the performance and development of early careers program participants, ensuring productivity and providing pastoral care.
  • Use data to drive decision making, creating and analyzing insights from Learning & Development and key employee data.
  • Provide consultative partnering services to the business, supporting the P&O Business Partner and Culture & Change Manager in contributing to people projects and in-house workshops & seminars.
  • Maintain links with Siemens Networks on early careers, volunteering, and learning topics, leveraging and sharing best practices.
  • Support the communications plan for the People strategy, making suggestions for new ways of doing things.
