Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary school in the Cardiff area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a temporary, long-term basis.

Salary:


The salary for this position is £83 per day, which is competitive in the industry.


Job Requirements:



  • Genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate other staff
  • Ability to assist the Teacher with classroom preparation and management
  • Ability to listen to and understand the pupils to assess their individual needs
  • Resilient approach and ability to incorporate differentiation
  • Previous experience working with Manual Handling and/or holding an All Wales Manual Handling Passport
