Product Management Director

Consortia is partnering with a B2B SaaS start-up to find a seasoned Director of Product Management with a technical background to lead their product development team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for guiding the product roadmap, making strategic decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead a team of product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to make strategic decisions and prioritize product development.
- Ensure product-market fit and scalability, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

- Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
- Technical background in software engineering, with expertise in product development and delivery.
