Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be required to work in the Cardiac Catheter Suite at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, performing a range of duties including assessing and planning patient care, delivering high-quality care to patients, and contributing to the clinical governance process. They will also be responsible for mentoring and preceptoring junior staff and taking delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cardiac Catheter Suite team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in a range of areas, including clinical governance and leadership.
Person Specification
The post holder will need to have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a broad range of nursing experience in Cardiology or another acute area. They will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will also need to have a teaching qualification and evidence of good understanding of Cardiac anatomy and procedures undertaken in cath labs.
