Cardiac Nurse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse (Adult) to join our team as a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in the Acute Cardiac Centre. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and previous experience of caring for cardiac patients, as well as possessing excellent leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, supporting and guiding junior staff in the process.
- Provide direct patient care and have detailed clinical knowledge of the specialist area.
- Assist senior Sister/Charge Nurses in ensuring high standards of quality care are delivered and maintained.
- Enable nurses to acquire clinical and professional competencies by facilitating high-quality education and staff development opportunities.
