Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team as a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality support to students in Key Stage 2.

About the Role: As an Education Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help. You will also lead intervention groups in Phonics and Mathematics, helping students to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help.

  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support to students.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated at £13,400 - £14,300 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
