Job Title: Senior Spa Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a range of spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
  • Upsell and promote additional treatments and products to guests
  • Work closely with the spa team to ensure that all treatments are delivered to a high standard
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest spa treatments and techniques

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Elemis and Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus
