About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing a range of treatments, and selling retail products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a relaxing experience for guests, whether they are hotel guests or spa break visitors.
  • Deliver a variety of treatments and provide expert advice on products.
  • Sell retail products and upsell or book additional treatments.
  • Attend regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to enhance your skills.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails would be a bonus.
