About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, mentoring and supporting a team of therapists, and contributing to the overall success of our spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments to guests, using your expertise to advise on product recommendations and upsell opportunities.
  • Mentor and support a team of therapists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of spa operations, including training and quality control.
  • Work closely with the spa management team to achieve business objectives and improve guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Elemis and Jessica Nails products and treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
